We have taken this up strongly with Major Craft time and again however that is as much we can do. We really hope improvements happen over time as despite these complaints there is a lot of demand for the rod and so despite taking it off the store for some time, we have made it available again on the store. We are sure with time Major Craft will stabalize the product as it has been built for indian conditions
