Obsidian carp reel is extremely lightweight and well-equipped. Its C-40X body and rotor, ultra-lightweight spool, and aluminum spool shaft reduce wear and tear on fishing lines. Durability is ensured with a one-piece bail and a roller with a special DLC coating, as well as HPB for long-term corrosion resistance.
Flite Drive
The earlier model of Okuma Obsidian Carp Spinning Reel created resistance when rotating due to friction between the main shaft and pinion's inner hole. To reduce this drag and improve the rotational lightness, we hollowed out the center of the pinion and minimized contact with the shaft. The result is an outstanding level of smoothness and original support strength.
Rod Is Of Very Good Quality, Have Been Using For Surf Since 3 Years!! Have landed many fishes with it and have used it heavily but Still it looks like a brand new, material and quality is great!!
