How Pre Order Works

Partial Payment: A partial payment is required to confirm your pre-order.

Timeline: Once we receive the partial payment, we will communicate to you the approximate time that it will need to deliver the product.

Delivery Times: The delivery time depends on whether the product is immediately available in one of our warehouses or is expected to arrive soon. We usually take preorders only for products we have or which can be made available in 30-60 Days.

Refund Option: If you do not wish to wait till the time that we communicate to you, you can ask for a refund & we will refund your payment in full after deducting any payment processing fees if/as applicable.

Refund Processing: The refund will be reflected in the same account from which the payment was made.

Refund Timeline: Refunds usually take between 2 to 7 working days to get credited.

Fees and Charges: The Processing charges that are cut are minimal usually in the range of 1 to 2 % of the advance fees paid.

Final Payment: Once the item arrives at our main warehouse at Goa, we will request the remainder of the payment plus shipping charges as applicable.

Shipping: After completing the remaining payment, we will ship the item to your desired address which should get delivered to you in normal shipping time (4-8 Days).

Insurance: Just in case to avoid losses due to damages and losses in transit, it is always advisable to opt for Shipping insurance, the cost of which we will communicate to you before shipping.
