Drag totally lost after catch of 4kg snapper and it's just 1st catch from the reel.. waste of money

We take pride in the quality of our products and it's definitely not our intention for the drag to fail after just one catch. We would suggest you should upgrade to a better brand like Daiwa, Shimano, Okuma etc for better results
Good build and good quality build but drag is not as advertised it much lesser

Just the drag capacity but the quality of the reel is good and the build is good
