We are sorry for the inconvenience however would want to say that it is not a used frog. We would never send a used product to anyone, we have been coordinating this with you and have pointed out that there is slight discolouration on the belly side where the hooks come to contact with the rubber. This is a fairly common occurence and in no way affects the product or its ablity to catch fish.
