Reason for exchange (eg. size mismatch, damaged, not according to expectations) - Not according to the expectation. ( It's not cutting down the braid lines as there is a gap on the cutter for more than 1 mm)

Unboxing Video & Pictures - Pictured shared below. Due to an excess gap on the cutter.
before going for replacement - Kindly check your stocks and confirm whether all the stocks have the same gap or not. if all the pliers are like this -then no need for replacement.
