Wrong choice of courier partner

Product and service was good, but my rating is because of your irresponsible courier partner. Almost 20 days in transit and when it was mentioned put for delivery, that evening it was still sitting in their office and was not out for delievery.
I will patronize you only if I have the assurance that irresponsible courier is not used for my shipment again.

BTW I missed 2 Good fishing days because of them. And in the corporate world, thats a BIG MISS.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by our courier partner. Its really irritating what has happened and at times couriers do get delayed. We use more than 5-6 Partners and have noticed delays with multiple ones on a case by case basis. At such times we just follow up and track and try to push them to get the delivery done and get their attention if teh courier is stuck at any point. However we would suggest one thing next time, if you have a preferred parther that you want us to shend teh shipment thru please do leave a note in your order and we will try our best if the same is available to send it thru that courier.
