Shipping
For the sake of brevity n this Terms & Condistions sheet, Fishermanshub Retail or any of its warehouses, vendors, partners,sellers, stores, website will be referred to as "Fishermanshub" or as the same entity as stated above.
The ordered item, if available in stock will be shipped within 1 to 5 working days of receipt of order and only after receipt of order payment in case of Pre-Paid orders and on confirmation of such order by OTP for Cash On Delivery orders, depending on the vendor/Seller/Warehouse/Store (Days counted after receipt of payments or OTP Confirmation). At certain times the stock availability as seen online may not match actual store availability as many stores/warehouses receive walk in customers that buy the same products and it may not have been updated in time in their stock list. In such cases the order amount of the order, if already paid, can be held by the Vendor/Seller/Warehouse, if the buyer so desires till the product is available again in stock or an alternative item can be offered and shipped or online store credits can be offered for the paid amount. Or if the buyer so desires, a refund can be initiated within 7 working days. In case of refunds, the amount will be refunded to the same bank account/wallet etc. from which the amount was originally received only. No interest or any other fees will be paid on the amount under any circumstances. Vendor/Sellers or Fishermanshub is not to be held responsible for any shipping damages/loss that occur during transit unless due shipping insurance has been opted for when placing the order. We pack product with utmost care and ship them thru trusted shippers/shipping partners. If in doubt, the buyer can opt for shipping insurance with the Vendor/Seller/warehouse when placing the order online or offline. If you want to opt for shipping insurance (Which is highly recommended for all orders) Kindly do drop us a message on any of our communications channels before placing the order and we will be happy to offer you a payment link for the same if the option is not seen at checkout.
Shipping & Delivery Charges may change from time to time without any prior notice. Kindly check the shipping rates as applicable to your order during checkout.
The shipping charges are based on a combination of factors like the products, order value, Package Volume & weight, pin or zip code, the carrier etc. For multiple products ordered, the website algorithm adds up the weight of all the individual products and charges a single shipping fee which is based on the total weight and volumetric dimensions of the package of the items in your cart and the shipping address.
Delays in shipping can occur at times due to unforeseen circumstances like acts of God, logistical issues, carrier issues, governmental regulation changes, social events & occurences and other factors which cant all be defined here. In such cases, Fishermanshub cannot be held responsible for the delays. Fishermanshub can only try and facilitate timely delivery in such cases but the same cannot be assured. In case of inordinate delays, in the delivery of shipments due to circumstances beyond our control, the option to refund, replace, offer store credits etc will solely lie with the management of Fishermanshub even if such an order has been placed with insurance.
Cancellation/Returns / Exchange
Order Cancellations
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled unless within 24 hours of receipt of the order by fishermanshub or before its dispatch, whichever is earlier. Orders once paid for by sellers cannot be cancelled under any circumstance and if so done, appropriate shipping and handling charges will be deducted from the buyer in case the request is accepted. Orders that are dispatched and have already left the warehouse cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. The ultimate decision to reverse an order and refund the money will rest entirely on the seller and with the management of Fishermanshub. The seller and buyer will have no say in the same. All returns may invite certain deductions if applicable.
General Rules
In all matters of any dispute the decision taken by fishermanshub will be final and binding on both the purchaser and seller will have no right to go against the same and if the purchaser places the order it is agreed that he/she/they are doing so only by accepting all the above terms and conditions.
International Shipping
We can ship internationally to certain countries and the same will attract international shipping fees as applicable. If you are ordering to any country other than India, please check in your cart if shipping is available to your Zip code. If not, you can drop us a message and we will try and send the package thru India Post or any other shipping carrier as available. We do our best to inform you the shipping rates in advance however the final rate can be conveyed only upon booking the parcel.
International Orders will be packed within 2-7 days of receipt of an order provided appropriate shipping partner is found who is servicing the delivery address Zip code. The delivery may take anything between 7 days to a month depending on circumstances prevailing in India and the receiving country. The orders may attract customs duty and any other charges as may be applicable in the receiving/transit country. These charges if any will have to be paid for by the customer and Fishermanshub may or may not be able to convey any of these extra charges to the customer in advance.
The responsibility of verifying any other charges, like customs duty, Inter state shipping charges and the duty to verify if the sent item and all of its components and parts can be legally imported into the purchasers country will lie solely with the purchaser and Fishermanshub will not be responsible for the same.
Returns/Replacement of International orders
Returns in case of international shipping can be entertained only if wrong item is sent in place of ordered item or the item is found damaged inside the packaging and the packaging was sealed when opening. Such return requests can be sent by email to mail@fishermanshub.com and your claim will be verified and considered for refund/replacement. When you email us the request, kindly be sure to email them with appropriate pictures highlighting the nature of damage or picture of wrongly sent item. The management of Fishermanshub will then evaluate the request and replace the product or refund the amount if the request is found to be valid. Certain fees may be deducted for all such requests to cover delivery, packaging and handling charges.
The reverse shipping charges in such cases will have to be born by the customer and Fishermanshub may or may not compensate the receiver for the same.
Refunds if any will be initiated upon receipt of the refund request based on its merit. International refunds can take anything between 10-30 days to be credited depending on the policies of each banks/payment partners/countries.
