TECHNOLOGY:
The 23 BG SW is an updated saltwater spinning reel developed from Daiwa’s popular BG series. It uses a full aluminum body with Tough Digigear, a digitally designed and machine-cut gear system that delivers smooth rotation, strength, and reliable winding power, supported by a solid screw-in handle.
The LC-ABS spool improves casting control and distance, while the Air Rotor reduces start-up resistance for better balance and sensitivity. An EVA round knob provides a secure grip, even in wet conditions.
Combined with Daiwa’s ATD drag system for smooth and consistent pressure, the BG SW 14000H retrieves 48 inches of line per handle turn and holds 300 meters of PE6 braid, making it a strong and affordable option for offshore popping for GT and tuna.
Rod Is Of Very Good Quality, Have Been Using For Surf Since 3 Years!! Have landed many fishes with it and have used it heavily but Still it looks like a brand new, material and quality is great!!
