In Flite Surf, lightweight construction and tremendous power meet. The reel’s light C-40X carbon frame is paired with an ultralight spool for ergonomic use – and within the frame lies an 18 kg drag system of pure fish-stopping power. Designed for casting to the surf, the long-stroke spool allows the line to easily shoot off during the cast while the one-piece bail and super-slow oscillation reduce friction.
Rod Is Of Very Good Quality, Have Been Using For Surf Since 3 Years!! Have landed many fishes with it and have used it heavily but Still it looks like a brand new, material and quality is great!!
Drag totally lost after catch of 4kg snapper and it's just 1st catch from the reel.. waste of money
Hi there, we're sorry to hear about your experience with our Lucana Stone Island SW 6000 Spinning Reel. We take pride in the quality of our products and it's definitely not our intention for the drag to fail after just one catch. We would suggest you should upgrade to a better brand like Daiwa, Shimano, Okuma etc for better results
