haven't received the item

I haven’t received any update regarding this item. The last thing I got was a tracking ID, and whenever I try to track my parcel, it shows that the item has been cancelled. I’m not entirely sure if this is an actual cancellation or a tracking error on the courier’s end, but either way, I have not received the item and have not received a refund. It’s been 9 days since i placed this order, and now I can’t even track my parcel it shows an error
