Product and service was good, but my rating is because of your irresponsible courier partner. Almost 20 days in transit and when it was mentioned put for delivery, that evening it was still sitting in their office and was not out for delievery.
I will patronize you only if I have the assurance that irresponsible courier is not used for my shipment again.
BTW I missed 2 Good fishing days because of them. And in the corporate world, thats a BIG MISS.
