Terms & Conditions

1. Refundable deposit of Rs. 5000/- will have to be deposited at the counter when picking up the kit.
2. Personal Identification Card (Aadhar/Pan etc will have to be deposited at the counter when hiring)
3. The Charges are applicable for one day (24 Hours) basis.
4. Kit return time is before 9 PM the same day (Including on public holidays and Sunday).
5. If not returned in time, new day charges of Rs. 1000/- will be applied for each additional day.
6. In case any component of the Kit is damaged, the same will be recovered from the deposit amount and the balance if any will have to be compensated for (Max up to Rs. 10,000/-).
7. Patrons are requested to thoroughly check the kit before hiring the same
8. Patrons have to personally collect kit and once done return it to our Dattawadi, Mapusa - Warehouse only.
9. Kit is available on hire in Goa only.
10. Fishermanshub reserves the right to cancel/deny any booking at any moment without giving any notice whatsoever.
11. The decision taken by management of Fishermanshub in all maters will be final and binding on all bookings/hires in all matters.
