It usually takes 4 to 8 days for an order to be delivered once order is dispatched. Orders are dispatched on all weekdays Monday to Friday noon. Orders are usually not dispatched on Saturdays and Sundays and on Holidays. India Post usually takes 2 working days to update tracking status so in case your order is sent thru India Post and you do not see your tracking live please try a few hours later or the next day. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-20 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

You can track your orders visiting the "Track My Order" page. Here you will need to provide your Order Number or tracking ID.

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply depending on your Country and Zip Code. In case you need products shipped to any overseas address please drop us a message and we will convey the Product and shipping cost to you.

We also offer Cash on Delivery option to select Pin Codes in India for orders totaling between Rs. 800 and Rs.3900. In case of free shipping, we do not take responsibility of the couriers in case of loss or misplacement. We would recommend that you get in touch with us to purchase shipping insurance for all orders and this is highly recommended for orders containing Reels and Rods.

If we receive an order on any working weekday before 1.00 P.M, we dispatch the order the same day. We usually dispatch all small to medium sized orders on all working weekdays i.e Monday to Friday. Dispatches mostly do not happen on Saturday, Sunday and on Public Holidays.

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order if you found a product damaged in the package or if your received a wrong product you can follow the instructions given in our Shipping policy and in our Refund Policy.
